The Hancock County Fair Board, and Horsemasters 4-H Club along with any sponsors and/or show committee personnel, will not be responsible for any injuries or thefts to exhibitors, spectators, horses or property damage.

ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH!


SMALL FRY CLASSES
  • Entrant and horse will be checked at the gate.
  • Any entrant or horse viewed to be unsafe will be excused.
  • Once in the arena any entrant or horse viewed to be unsafe by spotters or judge will be excused.

SHOW MANAGERS
  • ASTM/SEI helmets are required in all youth Hunter Under Saddle and Equitation classes.
  • Any payback or prize not claimed by end of show will be forfeited.
  • Show managers reserve the right to settle any controversy and substitute judges in case of an emergency.
  • Show managers reserve the right to cancel, combine or split classes.
  • Show managers reserve the right to excuse any horse and rider viewed to be unsafe.
  • Unruly exhibitors and/or horses will be excused from the show and/or grounds and entry fees forfeited.

ENTRY BOOTH
  • The entry booth is located on the South end of the show arena.
  • Hours for entries are Friday 4 P.M. to 10 P.M.
  • Saturday 7:30 A.M. to last class of the day
  • Sunday 7:30 A.M.
  • Open checks will be accepted for class entries.
  • A $30 charge will be made for any check returned from the bank.
