Take Bright Rd. at the intersection of Tiffin Ave. and Bright Rd. South (Speedway and Fairfield Inn). Stay on Bright Rd. to the Sandusky St. intersection. Turn right on E. Sandusky, take Sandusky to Fair Grounds. Hancock County Fair Grounds will be on your left hand side.
